Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with NHLQuant Pro. This policy explains when we issue refunds and how to request one.

2. Standard Policy — No Partial Month Refunds

Because NHLQuant is a digital service that is immediately available upon subscription, we generally do not issue refunds for partial billing periods. When you cancel your Pro subscription:

  • You retain full Pro access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges are made after cancellation
  • You will not receive a refund for the remaining days in your billing period

3. Exceptions — When We Will Issue Refunds

We will issue a full or pro-rated refund in the following circumstances:

  • Service outage exceeding 24 hours: If the Service (AI Search, core features) is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to an issue on our end, we will apply a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period.
  • Unauthorized charge: If you were charged without authorization (e.g., due to a billing error on our part), we will issue a full refund immediately upon confirmation.
  • Technical issues preventing access: If a verified technical bug prevents you from using the core features of your Pro subscription and we cannot resolve it within 7 business days, you may request a refund for the affected period.
  • First-time subscribers within 14 days: If you are a first-time Pro subscriber and are unsatisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first charge by emailing us at [email protected].

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email [email protected]
  2. Include your registered email address and the reason for your request
  3. We will respond within 3 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and appear within 5–10 business days

5. Chargebacks

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us first at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We resolve billing disputes quickly and issuing a chargeback may result in immediate account suspension.
